Bots (stage rules)
Automatic steps that run when a lead enters a stage.
A bot belongs to a stage. When a lead enters the stage, the bot runs its steps in order:
- copy an answer or a contact detail into a field, or set a field
- assign the owner (round robin on the distribution list, or a chosen person)
- send an approved WhatsApp template or a saved email
- create a task
- add a tag
A bot can be limited to leads from one source and can be switched off. If a step fails, the owner is told, and the other steps still run.
