Diagnose
Record the findings on the tooth chart.
Choose a finding from the findings menu (caries, fracture, wear, gums and bone, missing teeth, previous treatment) and place it on the teeth. The X-rays section keeps the images. The sinus height is recorded for each side.
The Our findings list shows every finding with its tooth number.
