Templates

• Chat templates are short messages for the inbox. Placeholders such as the lead's name, phone and ID are filled in when you send.
• Email templates have a subject and a message. They are sent from the lead card, and each send is logged on the lead.
• WhatsApp templates are the ones approved in Meta. The name and language must match the approved template exactly.

Keep the templates short and in the language of the patient.
