Roles and permissions

• Admin: everything, including the permissions of the other roles and the system settings.
• Manager: approves plans and manages the price lists.
• Doctor: diagnoses, plans and approves.
• Consultant: prepares plans for patients.

Permissions can be changed for each person on the Permissions page. Telegram can be linked to a person to receive plan notifications.
