Inbox and channels

The inbox lists the chats from the connected channels. Select a chat to read the messages and reply.

• Assigned to: give the chat to a person, or leave it with nobody.
• Close chat and reopen it later. Use the filters Open, Closed and All.
• Templates: type / to find a saved template.
• WhatsApp only allows free replies for 24 hours after the patient's last message. After that, use an approved WhatsApp template.
