Reports and first response time
The statistics, and what the first response time means.
Reports show leads by day, by owner and response time, by country, by source, and as a funnel by stage. Choose the period and the pipeline. Set the response target in minutes.
First response is the first message or email the owner sent after the lead arrived. A lead with no reply is not counted in the response figures. Replies from the AI assistant are not counted as the owner's response.
